What payment options do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, and Paypal payment as of the moment.
You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.
Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.
How can I place an order?
Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 3 - 6 business days.
When will I receive my order?
We have 3 - 5 business days processing time of orders. Average delivery is 3 - 5 business days via FedEx International Priority
Why hasn't my order shipped?
Please allow 3 - 5 days (weekends and holidays is not included) for us to process your order. If your order was placed less than 5 business days, please allow full processing time to pass.
How do I track my parcel?
You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order is shipped out. You can track the package with the link provided in your email.
Please also allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
What if I didn't receive my order?
If you have not received your package 60 days after it was shipped, please send us an email to email@example.com as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue for you.
Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address being provided with your order.
What if I received a defective product?
Please take a few photos that clearly show the defects, then send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, include your order number and the pictures. We will solve the issue the soonest possible. We can arrange a replacement, refund or return.
What is the return policy?
Returns or exchange must be made within 30 days of the date you receive your order. Item should be unused and its original condition, and we will refund the full amount less the shipping cost for the return.
All orders are subject to our return and exchange policies.
Can I change / cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we can't change any information on an existing order once it has already been processed for shipment, including details like your shipping address, billing information, item, size, or quantity. We also cannot cancel orders after they've been processed.
Order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches the destination country.
